Never was a Ford person but recently had a few friends purchase Ford vehicles. After going to TEAM and talking to them, I will be a repeat customer for years to come. Thank you Tina Lowery and TEAM for a wonderful experience!! (And also bringing me to "the Ford family" as my dad says).

Poor customer service in service department. Lack of communication and no return call after repeated requests for update on service. Quick lube is far from quick and usually have to wait an hour or two. Was happy with sales department but sadly tarnished by poor service experiences.

Purchased my very first brand new vehicle there almost 2 weeks ago- a 2015 F250. The whole staff was thrilled to hear that this was the first new vehicle I'd ever had. I can't say enough about how well Tina Marie and the whole stall treated me!
