Great service, fast and they went through the car and checked everything on the works package. They also replaced my wipers at no charge. I guess they were still under warranty. They also took care of a recall that I wasn't aware of. Couldn't have asked for anything more!!!!!!

I’ve purchase several vehicles here and won’t be back... teach your Team to communicate better with reoccurring customers. I’ll drive to Robinson from now on from Weirton. Two hours for an oil change and a recall notice check and was told over the phone wouldn’t be long. Got here and told two hours and no loaner

After finding a Demo 2017 Lincoln MKX at Team Lincoln we decided that was the car for us. Checked in with the Sales staff and the car was described as new like condition and agreed on a price. Drove 1 hr 40mn, 70 miles to find out the car was in used condition. Mud stains on the rear seats from dog paws and dog hair in the vehicle in every location that wasn't easily accessible with a vacuum. Asked the Sales Manager why the vehicle was considered new and he stated that was the owners decision. Thanks for wasting a half tank ... read more
