Team ford salesperson Dave was excellent in helping me find a car. had a good experience there. Team chevy unsatisfied. Bought car check engine light came on before we bought car. Dave took it to chevy and theybsaid it was a loose connection and fixed. Drive car home check engine light came on. Took it to chevy this morning waited from 10 till 2 to fins out that they knew yesterday sensor was bad. I bought my Toyota Camry at Team a year ago. Every time i go in for new tires or a service check, the salesman always comes up and asks how my car is doing. They are very caring and helpful.
I highly recommend Team! I bought my car from them three years ago and the salesman were very helpful when I bought my car. Since then I’ve had my heat go out in my car and I took it to the service department and they were equally as helpful. They diagnosed the problem, had the part ordered, and my heat fixed in a timely fashion.

I recently took my Toyota tundra in for a service. It was making a squealing noise (which they looked at before and told me was my belt) so they said they would look at it when they took in for the oil change. They came back with a $350 estimate (it was the tensioner pulley which is $19.99 at autozone) so I respectfully declined and told them I would change it myself to save the money.
