I was extremely happy with my recent service. I was originally told it would take about 20 minutes. Five minutes into my wait Ryan from the service department came and told me it would be close to 45 minutes. He explained why the additional time (my car had a few things that needed some additional time beyond the norm to break free). I was appreciative the service department was on top off it to let me know immediately what was going on, rather than taking it to the back and forgetting about me. Very happy

I brought my car in for an oil change. The service team made sure that all open recalls were satisfied before releasing the vehicle back to me, even though I had been scheduled for the last appointment of the day.

We purchased a new '16 Rav4 from Traci in Highland at Team Toyota and were looking for a second vehicle. Scoured the market, did our homework, and found a really nice Jeep Liberty at Team Chevrolet after Traci pointed us to Eric Brown. The experience was rewarding; everyone worked together to get us in the Jeep at the right price. We've already been to Georgia and back w/ the grandkids w/ out a hitch. Actually, we put a hitch on the Jeep and pulled a trailer. Thanks, Eric, Traci, and Dave!
Everyone at Team Chevrolet was kind and courteous. They answered any questions I had and everyone worked hard to get me the vehicle is wanted at a payment I could afford. I went there thinking I would not leave with my truck, because the other dealers couldn't find me a used truck at the payments I could afford, not to mention, they got my interest rate cut in half. Keep up the great work Team Chevrolet, my wife may be looking for another car soon.
