We just went into Team Chevy for an oil change on our 2015 Chevy Silverado. We started looking at 2017 trucks while we were waiting. We started talking to Jeremy and he asked what we were interested in. We started talking about what we would get for our truck and the price of a new truck. We ended up going home with a 2017 Silverado 4x4 Z71 crewcab. Jeremy was very helpful and explained alot of things to us. Micheal Thiele ,new car manager, was also very helpful getting us a good price. Thank you to the guys at Team Chevy!!
The salesman I dealt with was Richard. He was new but very helpful. He knew the answers to my questions about the vehicles. If he didn't know the answer, he was sure to find out in order to help. The staff was very friendly all around. And I highly recommend them for anyone.

Team Chevrolet Valparaiso is different than any other car dealership I have ever encountered. They are extremely helpful and not pushy like many are. I worked with Dave and Stephanie and both were genuinely interested in my needs and wants, not just trying to get me to purchase the most exspenive car. I am loving my new Cruze and would certainly recommend this dealership as well as the above two sales reps!
