Very Poor........I made an appointment to look at a used vehicle and when I got there they went and sold it when they knew I was on my way. Then basically looked at me like Too Bad!!
They have to be the worst dealership in the whole state of Indiana. Bought a car from them 12 hours later the check engine light came on. So i tok it back to them they said its not their problem so I have a car that won't pass emissions and cost $6,600 work needs to be done to make it pass emission test plus I paid 12 grand for it. So i say everybody in Indiana to not buy nothing from team Chevy
I had the pleasure of working with Chris here at the end of January when I finally decided I needed a new car. He was incredibly helpful and patient, and gave me the time and space I needed to consider my options. I had a very positive buying experience with Team Chevrolet!!! I had a super internet lady that help me alot. And,my hat is off to my sales person"Patrick". He was very knowledgeable,polite,and respectful of my needs. I purchased a brand new 2016 Malibu lt. It is such a great car and I love it!!! Normally I don't rate or write reviews on a place. But I know I will recommend to everyone looking to purchase a vehicle to check this place out. They were so great, helpful and really made sure I was happy with my purchase. Chris was my sales person and he definitely knows what he is talking about! Such a good team that provides quality service. I'll definitely be coming back in the future!
Try hiring someone who is happy! Had a experience with a women her name started with a A that is so down she could suck the life out of you!
