Bought my new 2014 sonic hatchback from them 3 weeks ago. They were sure to help me out in any way they could and made sure I had no questions. I would definitely recommend team Chevy Valpo to anyone in the market... And I will also from here on out doing business with them.
Nathan Techentin helped us greatly when trying to determine what car would be good for us. He really took into consideration all the information we told him what we wanted in a car. We were able to narrow our search down to two cars that would fit us well. He did a great job of explaining what the different cars provided/included. He was very knowledgeable on all the cars. i cannot begin to say enough good about this dealership...the TEAMwork, the sales, the financing..exactly what i was told a few months back did happen....i could NOT have been given a better deal, treated any better or had such a pleasant experience. Ripped off by service department with an oil change that was (allegedly) never done. 1300 miles after the "oil change" the sensor went bad. Our mechanic had to cut the filter off and it was clogged solid. (After 1300 miles) The service writer brought out the correct filter and it was TWO INCHES SHORTER. Proof that they didn't change it. So instead of offering a refund they told me they couldn't prove what car that filter came off and "see you later". These people are dishonest and of poor character. STAY AWAY!
