I bought my new vehicle from Team Chevy in Valparaiso wonderful experience Jeremy my sales guy was super nice very informative and made the whole car buying experience that easy transition I would go back in a heartbeat to buy my next vehicle.
Extremely dissatisfied. Will never go back there or ever purchase a Chevy again after my experience with this dealer. Was scammed by extortion by the service manager, Gary Goodwin. I am now attempting to get this issue resolved by GM. After this experience, I would never to back to Team, or own a Chevy again.
Salesperson, Brittany Radtke was awesome. No pressure and was very helpful. Every person involved in the purchasing process was awesome. I've been telling friends and family to go there.
Bought a 2500 Silverado diesel from Dave at Team Cherolet and couldn't be more pleased. He answered all our questions and took his time explaining all the features of the vehicle to both my wife and myself. Team Chevy is a great place to get great services. We just bought a 2017 Equinox from them and we love it. Our sales lady Brittany did a great job and we recommend using Team Chevy if you want a new or used vehicle.
I went to Team Chevrolet for my first oil change on my Silverado. Even though it was busy the service department took me right in and got my truck done quickly. Everyone I encountered was friendly and very knowledgeable with all of my questions.
Me and my husband went there Friday where my friend told me about her friend that works there and she could help us. Man oh man we were so lucky to find her. Her name is Stephanie!!! She answer all of out questions. Told us everything we needed to know and said if we need help with anything to just give her a call.. Stephanie and Kyle helped us and were not giving up until there was nothing left. Thank you Team Chevrolet for not giving up on us and giving us hope!! We love our 2010 Chevy Equinox!!
Took my Equinox in for an oil change and as always everyone was very friendly and professional. The team goes out of their way to keep me informed of the progress of the work being done and to see if I have any questions!
