Went in for a simple tire rotation on my Silverado. The Service staff are all very friendly and attentive to needs or questions you may have. I also got the chance to talk with the Sales Manager as me and the wife passed through the show room. I've been buying cars and trucks for almost 30 years now from all over Northwest Indiana, but at Team Chevrolet in Valparaiso, I'm treated and feel like being a part of a family! I'm planning my next purchase here for sure! Keep up the good work Team!
I needed an oil change and recall work done, I was told it would take about an hour and a half, so I waited for it to be done. I enjoyed free coffee and a cookie, and watched the morning news in the waiting room. Just a little over an hour my 2016 Silverado 2500 HD was ready to go. Thanks guys for doing a great job and keeping the customers first.

I love my new malibu from Team Chevy! Dave who helped me was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable!! Overall it was a great experience, I highly recommend!
Guy was my service consultant and he was so friendly and helpful! My car was going to take longer then expected so he even offered to have me drove home and then picked up the next day when it was done! When I informed I had work later he let me have a rental for the night! Team chevy has been great to me and I will return!
I got my oil changed there recently, and they were courteous and on time with exactly how long they said it would take. It was even done a little early!
