bought my car in october 2016, IN LOVE with it. the service at team chevy is excellent. they are very helpful and made me feel comfortable with my purchase.
in the past 2-1/2 years i have bought a new car for my wife , a new truck for me , and a great used vehicle for my son. i did the leg work on these purchases but when it came down to price they were the best. I have been dealing with Team Chevy of Valparaiso for a number of years, buying cars and with the service department also. They are always there to assist in whatever I have needed. I just call ask and they answer, gives me great peace of mind. Also they always are friendly, respectful and call me by name. team Chevy always helpful. I will continue to conduct business with them and encourage other too.

Dave Volk was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with! He made the experience extremely comfortable, and he was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. I had my eye on the chevy spark and he made sure I was able to leave that day with it! Thank you Chevy for the awesome experience, I'll be seeing Dave for all of my future cars!
As soon as I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. The staff was awesome and my salesperson, Brittany was phenomenal. They made the buying process easy and painless.

My car suddenly freaked...jerking and check engine light...I called and spoke to Rich. He was kind and quickly got me scheduled for service and set up a loaner for me so I could still work that day. He called me with an update that a part was ordered and let me know my car would be ready the next day. The next day he called to let me know how things were going and that my car would be ready to pick up before my shift that day! Great experience. The loaner was nice! Good job Team Chevy!
