Team Chevrolet Valparaiso always takes care of my needs! I have leased 3 cars from them with Mike S. and have always left very satisfied and happy! Mike is such a wonderful sales associate. He is very knowledgeable, polite and patient! There is a reason I keep going back to him! The atmosphere is very good, when you walk in you are promptly greeted and they make you feel very welcomed! Everyone there are so nice and wonderful!
I found an SUV online and called on and spoke to Zach who was very helpful on the phone. I then went into team Chevy to see the Vehicle he along with the other team members were great very friendly and helpful they seem to go the extra mile for their customers. After price shopping on line and landing on true car which sent out to local dealers, team chev, sent me a e mail on a truck I might be interested in. When I arrived I was introduced to a sales person which was very nice, we went to the truck and went on a test drive. From the moment we walked into the door until the final moment we took delivery of our car, we were treated with respect and all staff were so nice. This is the 2nd time we have purchased from Team Chevy/Valpo and We will send people there if they want a good deal and friendly service. Sales representative "Stephanie" was so knowledgeable of all the bells and gadgets on the car we purchased. Thanks to Team Chevy/Valpo we are driving a 2016 with low mileage and loving it!
