Brittany was very easy to deal with. She listened to what I wanted and went out and found the exact Traverse with everything I wanted on it. The entire team was easy to deal with and answered all of my questions with ease. I am completely satisfied with my experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone I know.
Searched online for about two weeks. Got onto Team Chevrolet's website and found the Colorado I wanted. Communicated with an online representative and arranged to test drive the truck. When I arrived there I was not disappointed. Everyone there was friendly and very helpful. Mike, our salesman was very professional and personable. Real friendly, no pressure, made me feel comfortable about everything. Extremely informative about everything. Their finance team was extremely friendly and helpful. Team Chevrolet Valparaiso has such Excellent Service Department. The staff has kept me on track of all and any services that I may need on my New Chevy Colorado.
