Dropped my car off two weeks ago to get it fixed and still don’t have it back. I have to call them to check on it. They don’t call with updates. They haven’t even started the work or ordered parts.

My girlfriend took her car there to get the oil changed no issue when there. the other day her oil light came on I checked oil nothing on the stick I put 3 quarts in it. Then today I changed her front brakes an noticed oil laying in the plastic cover under the engine. Took the cover off an oil plug was half way out they never tightened it.
