Jeremiah Saum did a fantastic job today!! I've just bought my first Volkswagen ever and I'm 100% satisfied with it. The car sold itself! Jeremiah is very knowledgeable of the brand he represents. I was able to enjoy a test drive one my own, and they even let me take the car back out to go to lunch while I waited on financing. I was offered something to drink while I waited and was shown around the facility. I recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car!!

My husband and I previously purchased a 2015 Passat from Mike Smith in September 2016. We have loved every last bit of that car, so when it was time to get another car, we returned to the dealership. Amber helped us today, and we came home with yet another Passat. We love it! Thank you, Taylor!!!
Finally got my VW after buying it three weeks ago. Very unhappy with the sales department! Did not do what they said they would and never kept me up to date. Got my car back and it still has all kinds for scratches which was part of the agreement. After not being kept up to date I finally had to get the general manager involved. He stated he had seen my car prior to them giving it back. Hahaha what a joke I had to go thru 3 people before getting a straight answer. I went there to get a SUV and amber help me out. She listened to what I had to say and was very helpful. I totally recommend going here and asking for amber she will listen to what you say and help you out she is not pushy at all
My sales person was great. The car is perfect. But the after service for all the shit i prepaid for has been nothing but a nightmare. Everytime i call im put on hold then told I will be called back. I would not recommend any purchase of any prepaid services. As my experience has been it doesn't exist the cost does but not the service.
