We found a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country Touring van online at Taylor Volkswagen. The price seemed fair enough and we had a trade-in vehicle. Well, we worked with Phil Magro and he was nice, polite, personable and honest. We didn't have our trade-in vehicle but he did give us a round-about figure for our trade. I wanted to trade in my Jetta for a new Jeep. Taylor Volkswagen of Findlay had a BEAUTIFUL Jeep Grand Cherokee listed at an amazing price. I had the pleasure of working with Phil through this process and he made it so seamless and stress-free. He was extremely kind, personable, and professional! The staff is amazing and they are not "pushy" like i have experienced with previous dealers. We drove from Columbus and it was well worth it. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
