Went there yesterday with my wife to have an oil change her windshield wipers fixed and the locks on the door kept going on and off and they had a recall got there at 10:30 left at 6 o'clock no apologies nothing but here's the bad thing I keep going back to the one in Findlay but I want anymore I'll be going to Columbus once again six hours to fix something so simple and they didn't even fix the windshield wipers they came and told me but that has to be done at a later date but I'm paying them to fix my car what a joke

My experience with Taylor went from excellent to confusing to outstanding. I went in a couple months ago, and Amber was my car dealer, she was great and worked well with us. We drove off that day with our Ford Edge only to have to return her for sensor issues a couple weeks later. After realizing it was a sensor issue they also came across another issue (which will not be named for suitable reasons) they had the car fixed and returned back but I did not want that car back since it was not in the condition I thought it was in... read more

Great friendly staff very nice to work with I was able to take the SUV I was looking at home to show my wife and to make sure it would work for my family of 7. I bought it the next day with a great deal. Jeremiah, Tyler, and Jared were outstanding. I will definitely be back for my next car.
