Don't take your vehicle to Taylor Volkswagen for any type of service. My brothers Jetta went into their shop to have the transmission fluid changed and when he picked it up the transmission was junk. No one there could give us a straight answer as to what happened to it. So a $100 fluid change turned into an expensive transmission job!
Had the best salesman Tyler Stephenson!! Everyone should work with him! Not pushy and super helpful!

Had a great experience using them for an oil change. Only thing that would give them 5 stars is if there was a direct line to Taylor VW for maintenance rather than the general Taylor phone line as the operators I've spoken to there do not understand the intricacies of Volkswagens.
Traded in my old clunker for a 2008 VW Golf and I love it! The people I worked with were extremely patient and helpful and worked with me to get the best deal, I'm so happy with my experience and will definitely be telling my friends/family to come here.
