Doug Stork approved our sales price via our sales rep the day before we drove the 100 miles to finish the deal. Once we got there the price magically increased $600. Apparently the conversation about price never happened according to Doug who wasn’t even in the building. My sales rep desk our rep quit in the middle of the deal. This place has, hands down, the worst customer service i have ever encountered at a car dealership. The leader of this train wreck is Doug Stork, general sales manager. He has no clue, and i mean zero clue, how to deal with customers. I've been trying to get a hold of him for weeks to get something they promised to take care of to no avail. Then I was told he was "let go" and tossed around to a few other guys who never returned calls. I purchased my 2012 Passat July 1st. 5 minutes down the road it threw up a tire pressure code. The dealership called me and asked me how the car was and I told them about the code. They made me an appointment to look at it. When I got to the appointment they told me after 30 minutes of waiting that it would cost ME $100 just to put the car on a diagnostic machine. They tore the tint on my back window when they took the as is no warranty sticker off it and I found scratches from where they removed a sticker from the bumper. N... read more

Hands down the best experience we have had with a car dealership!! Everyone there was very friendly and not high pressuring!!! Our salesman was Josh fiesal and it was his first day and first sale!! I went to look at a Tahoe and was told it was in excellent condition over the phone and the pictures online were made to look flawless too. I drove 3 hours to find the Tahoe had scratches, a bent running board and rust starting all over. The accident report was perfect but it was obvious the car was in some sort of wreck. The salesman looked everything over with us and said when he took it for a test drive, the car was sound and never noticed the scratches before.
