Had a great buying experience with Taylor VW. My salesman Joe was very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me find the right vehicle for me. Louis in customer service was great in making sure my whole experience was up to par and Judy was very helpful in explaining and signing my paperwork. Bought a 2012 used car last week. On 1st day of driving floors filled with water when it rained.. 2 days later car was making noise.. had it checked and front struts are almost rusted through... 5 days later.. check engine light on, and warning messege that stabletrax was not working properly and control panel read engine power is reduced. I realize used cars are sold as is but there was a red sticker in car stating it had been checked ... also big gash in sidewall of tire and console button broke! All on a car they charged ... read more
