Theee absolute worst experience everrrr. I got played, used scare tactics to sell me a car I wasn’t even looking at. I was promised all kinds of discounts for being a previous bug owner. I received nothing. Paid absolute full price. Drove off the lot the horn didn’t work, the clock resets to 12, looked at it twice it still doesn’t work, was dented above door while there, they sent it out to be fixed, they did not want to fix it, returned with mess inside from fixing it, horrible paint job, and 200 extra miles on it. Andy was very accommodating on my trade in And helped me with some accessories at dealer cost. The service Dept installed my mid guards and got me in and out very quickly.
Bought a 2016 Ram Power Wagon from these guys and I must say the sales experience was great! Happy with the truck and the price as well. Would recommend to anyone. Wish they were closer tho. I'm 2 hours away.

My sales experience was great, but when I went back to get a mistake that they had made fixed, they tried to charge me $247 for a plastic plate that covers the oil pan and stuff. Definitely not satisfied with the service.
My son is in the Army. Just came from South Korea for 3 weeks on leave till he goes to Germany. He decided to purchase a car while home. Ended up going and purchasing a 2016 Audi A3. Within a couple days the cover fell half way down that covers under the engine. It appeared it was not fastened all the way after service. The part drug the ground because he was out of town and no tools to try to fix.He finally stopped and used 2 apple phone charger cords to tie it up. Ruimed both chargers cords.
