Oh my word. I just got off the phone with Phil. Because, like every other service I’ve had done there (four or five times) I’ve had to call and complain about something. Phil said that he’s got a very high service rating. Really Phil? Can you log on to your Facebook account? I’m seeing a lot of disappointed customers. I am beyond frustrated with this dealership. Where does everyone go for VW service? I’d need a special website to cover what I want to say about them! Absolutely ridiculous!

Should've read the reviews before making the 4 hour round trip last Wednesday to look at a vehicle that wasn't even on the lot. Drove back over, another 4 hour round trip, on Friday. Signed paperwork AND paid for the vehicle on Friday. Agreed to fix a few things and deliver the vehicle. It is now one week later, my check has been cash and who doesn't have her car or have any idea what the status is because no one can tell me anything? ME.
I bought a used CPO Passat at Taylor Volkswagen about 2 weeks ago. Last week the car began making a terrible noise so I pulled over in Fremont. The front of the pan that is under the engine came lose and was dragging on the ground. I was able to ask a man mowing lawns if he could help me with the pan. He got under the car and said there are 8 holes where screws go to secure the pan...there were none in the holes. This dealership is garbage
Bought my truck from them after they told me they would “fix” some dents. After I got it back the doors had orange peel and high spots on it badly. Can’t seem to get anybody to give a crap about it. Would not recommend nor will I ever give them my business again.
Andy was VERY patient and helpful. He listened to me and did his best to get me into the perfect, reliable vehicle for me! with all of the features I asked for and then some. He put a lot of time and effort into making sure i was comfortable and didn't pressure me into purchasing something I didn't feel comfortable with. Was even very accommodating with my boyfriends son, turning on a movie and giving him popcorn to keep him occupied. All around an amazing experience at this dealership. I am so pleased with this dealership. Issues that I had with ordering my VW bug in the beginning were resolved when that salesman was replaced and management changed. I love my new car!
