I would definitely recommend Taylor Volkswagen of Findlay to any of my friends and Associates that are wanting to purchase a car. I have bought two vehicles through Taylor VW and the new team there are great! Much friendlier this time and they make you feel almost like family. Highly recommended group, really recommend them and my salesman Kay! However, 2 months later and the after the sale service is not so hot. Reached out to them via web page and Facebook about a failed water pump and got a response that I would be contacted soon and almost 24 hours later, still no contact.
Very family friendly company with excellent customer service. Our needs were their concerns. If you live in the Dayton area looking for a new VW I would recommend the drive to Findlay for it.

We just bought a used Ford Edge today. Every single person was so nice to work with. Our salesman was Kay. He is 8 months on the job and just starting out. He was as polite and professional as a seasoned veteran. His future is bright and he will sell a lot of cars. Shawn Smith brought the small town, “buy local” feeling to our deal. Judy Brenner walked us through the paperwork smoothly and we actually had fun signing all of those papers. Hope the car is as good as that team of people!
