I’ve had my car for about 60 days. They’ve had my car more than I’ve had it. Multiple problems starting 2 days after I brought the car home. Car ended up a money pit and they won’t work with you on cost. Horrible experience!! And my salesman said had was driving this car for a while before me for several days. Weird how nothing happened for him ?
RecommendedI was driving on the highway yesterday to work when all of a sudden my car was shaking and I found the right side tire completely flat. I was able to get my car towed to Volkswagen. They quickly replaced my tire (thankfully with my tire protection it was almost free!) Everyone was super helpful. I highly recommend Taylor Volkswagen for buying a car & the service department. I love my 2019 Jetta!

The excellent customer service in our service drive area , and the ability to answer any questions or concerns or even provide a ride home with great conversation when you come in and have your vehicle serviced at our location.
If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! Save yourself time, stress, and money by just doing business at another dealership. For 3 weeks they had my car to fix the timing chain. I asked ATLEAST 5 times how much this would cost me so I could prepare myself for such a bill. ATLEAST 5 times he told me $1,200. This dealership is a joke. they dont return calls they ran my credit 7 times when I told them no more than 3. now they say they have no file on me and what I've been trying to buy. Taylor is a joke.
They wouldn’t cover a part on my car. Had the car not even a month. Never will buy a car from here.
