Good nails but on several occasions one of the workers did not add cuticle oil felt very rushed. Also sometimes the paint on the nail was rushed even when the salon wasn’t busy. Also called to remove but was told they can’t do it so had to go elsewhere. Also cleanliness is not what is to be expected. Was a loyal customer but won’t be returning. There are better nails shops in Beckenham!
Nails turned out amazing as normal , nail tech did amazing job but was using an electric file on me then used on himself then continued to use on me.
absolutely STUNNING nails done here. my favourite nail shop - staff are so kind, acomidating and not once do we ever have to give critique its always done perfect. i came with my cousin and we are both so happy with the set.
I love this shop, great service and a great atmosphere
