Poor service? Are you kidding? – I'm not sure what expectations you could possibly have about "service" at TDS. You wait in line, you order your food, and the wait staff brings it. That's it! This is not a full service restaurant where you flag down waiters to refill your drinks or bring out desserts. If you want more water or tea, you get it yourself, people. Great food, poor service – The Tacos here are really good along with the rest of the menu. It is always packed and has all kinds of people coming in there, but the one thing that makes it only get 3 stars is the service. They are not friendly, they kind of give you dirty looks from time to time if they don't like what you said or you made your order to complicated. Our waiter dissappeared on us, and we sat with empty drink cups for like 15 minutes before I flagged someone down and asked them if they could get us some drinks.... read more

Good food - not at all family friendly! – We've always enjoyed their tacos - despite their long lines. However, they are not in any fashion or form family friendly! They do give you dirty looks when you bring in a lil' one...

so so food – The tacos are good and cheap, but the service here is cheap too. The waiter was rude and disappeared for almost half the night. We had to flag down a different person, who told us that he would look for our waiter.

service isn't good – The food is forgettable, but the customer service was not. Seriously, I wonder how this place stays open with all the bad wait staff reviews its been getting. The waiters were very slow with our orders and our refills. I understand that food takes time to cook, but when it takes more than 30 minutes, there's something seriously wrong.

RUDE!!! – I had actually been a frequent guest at this restaurant since it is close to my office and very affordable. On my last visit, the gentleman at the cash register verbally berated my friend. He was extremely condescending and dismissive and we left with my friend in tears. There is no way I will EVER step foot in this place again. There are too many other options in Atlanta that offer quality food with quality customer service.

For Heaven's Sake, Why? – "Northern hospitality with Southern efficiency." This is for the Decatur location - can't seem to move it though. Anyway... Avoid this Faux-ican disaster. The only thing authentic was my disgust. We got such terrible and unjustified treatment here from the manager (as a group of people of color) that we thought the place might be run by bigots. Was ready to call the NAACP, until I read the citysearch reviews and learned that they are equal opportunity douchebags. And, seriously, the food is just "ok... read more
