Dave Radcliffe and Steve Sanker These two gentlemen were terrific in getting the deal we wanted on a new 2017 RAV4. I felt they were highly ethical in their negotiation transparency and we were very satisfied. This is the 5 new car we have bought from Szott M-59. There seems to be a calm environment with less pressure at this dealership than busier contemporaries such as the troy motor mall and the service dept is very good and friendly.
The Best Cathy went way in above getting me a car I could handle and was just perfect for me. Cathy also made feel at home and answer ever question I asked her about my car. I am very very Thankful n Happy for services.
Buying New A couple of little communication "speed bumps" in the process of purchasing a new car - Christian Scalf & Don Pash did an excellent job ironing out the wrinkles and honoring their word to us in the sales process. Their accommodation was very much appreciated...overall a very good experience!
Awesome salesperson Suzanne I stopped by on my way to another appointment, I was met by a very nice woman named Suzanne Zoellner. She was very friendly and professional. She has a great sense of humor and I felt like we were old friends instantly. Although I didn't buy the car I saw, it was due to my personal situation. Suzanne was very polite and helpful. I will definitely consider buying from her in the future.

The mechanics who saved Christmas We drove our 2010 Camry from Wisconsin to michigan to celebrate Christmas with my family and my husband's family. Our trunk was packed with ALL the gifts, homemade baked goods for all the relatives, food for Christmas dinner & our clothes. Our trunk would not open with the inside lever, the key fob or a key in the lock. We called Szott's at 4:00 pm on the day before they closed for the holidays. Great Customer Service I first contacted the Szott dealership in Holly and spoke with Bob in the body shop area about a scratch on my vehicle. Bob was very helpful in giving me contact numbers and names for your dealership. Which is how I ended up at your dealership on Tuesday, September 13, 2016.
