Pleasant experience Ray Sadler was a perfect fit for my car shopping needs. He also came into the dealership on his day off for the closing and explained all the functions and gadgets of my new Highlander. It's a pleasure working with Ray.

Excellent service Just bought my new Toyota Tundra from Szotts Toyota in Waterford, Michigan. My salesman, Ray Sadler made me feel very important. He was professional, and did everything he promised. His manager, Adam Hayford, made things go easy and helped get me the extras I needed. I love my new truck and will buy my next one from them.
Straight Forward and Freindly I came in knowing what I wanted to get, and they made the buying process very straight forward and easy. I would recommend anyone to them.

I feel they tried to scam me I went in the day before to make a new car purchase and got the agreed price. When I went back the next day to do the financing paperwork the price was about $1K higher. I found the mistake and they claimed it was a mix-up. Yeah right. They fixed the mistake but it all seemed like a scam to me. They could have checked to ensure the numbers were correct before I came in but did not. I won't be back to this dealer again including for service work.

Honest, no high pressure sales, accomodated unusual request Bought a Scion iA from Ray Sadler at Szott M-59 Toyota. Got a great deal. Very professional salesperson. Helped me out with an unusual request - didn't want to plate + insure car for 4 months (car is for 15 1/2 year old daughter); They let me take the car w/o insurance (my insurance on other car covered the new Scion for the drive home) and let me use a dealer plate for the drive home. Another dealer would not do this. Can highly recommend.
New Scion IA Went to the Dealer to price out the new Scion IA and Ended up getting one. The Sales Team we're very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.
