Great salesman, nice place I was in the market for a new vehicle, and checked out Szott Toyota. Although the payments for the vehicle was higher than I wanted to pay, I cannot say enough about Anthony McCloud. He repeatedly worked out the numbers on multiple vehicles, showing me the figures for buying and leasing as I requested, Anthony kept in touch by email and phone, and was friendly, kind and courteous each of the three days I talked with him. Buying a used Rav 4 We needed to buy another car and were put with James Lannen in the pre-owned department. We found him very helpful and well informed. We test drove two cars and settled on one of them. He was a pleasure to work with.
Lawrence was very professional and knowledgeable. Lawrence was the first sales person to meet and greet me. He answered all my questions so that I could make the best decision that was right for me. Lawrence definitely knew his business inside and out. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle.

Toyota I looked for a few cars at Toyota and every time I worked with Christian, he was a very good talker and he understood what I wanted exactly. If I told him I was looking for a specific car, he would look just about everywhere for it. He was super helpful in my search and I would 100% go to Toyota again.
AMAZING! Christian is by far one is the best employees I've ever had to deal with. He works with your budget and makes looking for the right car fun by taking the pressure off of you. updated I purchased a Tacoma in June and my sales guy was Dave Radcliff who was great. Since the purchase of the truck I've had an issue that requires a manager to help me. I've been calling every week for 4 weeks now and still no returned call. so Instead of picking up the phone and calling me, he asked Dave to call me and see what could be done to help me. so as a follow up to my review I ended up speaking to Mr. Szott. He was extremely helpful and was able to help with my original issue. I was told that Mike kept calling the wrong number which may or may not be true. It's hard to believe that i was able to speak with the sales person every day that he couldn't verify my phone number and SOMEHOW Mr. Szott was able to call me no problem... so overall, Mr. Szott made things right and i promised him i would do business in the future which i will.
Great salesman and was straight the point Made my dealership experience very easy and answered all the question I had. Got me in and out fast. I will be recommending him to everyone I know looking for a new vehicle.
