John is the best sales person I have ever met. He was super nice, easy to work with, and more than willing to help with any issues we had. He was more than willing to explain everything to us thoroughly, and had no issues explaining or answering any questions we may have had. Prompt service and friendly staff as well as quality service make this dealership excel. I did not particularly like getting a text as to the condition of the vehicle and the recommended service. I would have rather discussed it with the service writer before I had to accept or decline the additional service.

The sales representative was excellent and very kind. However, the loan officer showed a bad attitude after I decided not to purchase the extended warranty. Honestly, she may need to consider a different position if she can’t treat customers respectfully.
Jordan hid from us a driver side actuator that doesn’t work; blows cold air.
