This was my first experience with "any" Toyota dealership, and I cannot express enough, how happy I am. Marcella Milwee is second to none when it comes to customer service and respect! BLACK PEOPLE STAY AWAY. This dealer participates in discriminatory practices.Specifically, the salesman ****. They refused to sell me the car I took for a test drive for the price listed online at cars.com. They realize their mistake and raise the price. Seems like this has happened before. Thank you for your feedback and bringing this to our attention. We discovered that our Used Vehicle disclosures about our Finance With Us discount of $700 was not being displayed on Cars.com. As a result, we will honor the price advertised without financing with us. We are also correcting our disclosures on Cars.com. We respectfully disagree about this issue being racially motivated as your salesperson, **** has an African American father.

Terrible business. These people con you into putting a deposit down, waste a month of your time, raise the price of the vehicle by 50% when it arrives, AND sell it out from under you with your deposit still on file. Complete ****** trash employees ruin this business.

Szott M-59 Toyota and their unethical business practices I had a very unexpected experience with this Toyota Dealership and wanted to share with all to be careful when dealing with them. No RAV4 hybrids in stock or open to purchase from incoming cars to Scott, which is not surprising. However no one followed up on my interest on a possible future purchase other than what car I have to trade. I had no interest in trading a car.

I received a prompt response for my inquiry about a vehicle and was able to purchase it within 48 hours and was offered $4500 more than another dealer for my trade-in, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and no hard pressure sales
We are happy to report the fantastic service Szott Toyota have been doing, and continue to do for us. The service department does a great job taking care of the customers. The service manager, Brian and his staff are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. In fact, we also take our non-Toyota cars for maintenance and service. I went to Szott Toyota initially to look at a used Toyota Highlander based on the car's reputation, but soon realized it was not the car for me.
