Do not let your 84 year old mother go in for service here unless you want incomplete service and long waits with $4000 estimates with pitches for how much easier it would be to “just buy a new car”. The oil was never changed like she came in for. When given the opportunity to explain and/or fix, I was immediately told that I don’t have a power of attorney and that they explain d technical jargon TO AN 84 YEAR OLD WOMAN, and again, can’t/won’t speak to me because I don’t have piwer of attorney. Joe helped us and he charged me $90 for a $30 oil change. I came to find this out later, but it still ticked me off that I found out that I was being charged 3x the price.

Jacob was very helpful during my visit. Walked through the services we were doing and gave me an accurate time estimate from beginning.
Dealership was very helpful and attentive to our needs. They got us the exact car we wanted and were gracious and patient.
WOW I just love my RAV4 which is 100% safe and undamaged according to Service Director Steven Reese. I’m not sure how he came to the conclusion that my suspension was not intermittently shaking “violently” between 65-75 MPH when I had a large sign in my car forbidding him from driving it due to metal fatigue, which is why it was just flatbedded 40 miles to 802, or without him driving on a road that comes close to 65 according to my GPS.
