Great Experience As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions. Lawrence was a great help answering my questions and making sure I knew what I was doing. Overall experience was great! Great staff to work with and very welcoming.
Awesome Experience Two thumbs up. I took my 2007 Tacoma to Szott Toyota to have the frame inspected and it failed inspection. Brian the service manager took pictures and measurements of the hole. He then submitted the results to Toyota. Within two days Toyota approved the frame replacement. It took two or three weeks for the frame and related parts to arrive. 8:00 a.m. Saturday Service Appointment I drove 2 1/2 hours for my 8:00 a.m. Saturday service appointment. I got there a little early, but the door opened up, and Brian was there to greet me with a great attitude - and hot coffee. Everything was done in 15 minutes - which means that the service staff was ready to go before 8 a.m. as well. It was well worth the drive and I would highly recommend this service center.
Preowned 2012 RAV4 Had a poor experience in west Michigan trying to find a reliable vehicle for my daughter. We found an online ad for a 2012 preowned RAV4, so we contacted Christian by email. He was patient and understanding about the many questions we had on this vehicle since we were 2 1/2 hours away. We finally settled on a Saturday, but schedules got hectic, and Christian offered to meet us in Lansing to finalize the deal. Great salesman, nice place I was in the market for a new vehicle, and checked out Szott Toyota. Although the payments for the vehicle was higher than I wanted to pay, I cannot say enough about Anthony McCloud. He repeatedly worked out the numbers on multiple vehicles, showing me the figures for buying and leasing as I requested, Anthony kept in touch by email and phone, and was friendly, kind and courteous each of the three days I talked with him.
