2012 Toyota 4 Runner Limited Since moving to Michigan in May of 2015 I have been using Szott M59 Toyota for all the needed work on my 2012 Toyota 4 Runner. Every time I return for service I become more impressed with this dealership and the leader of the service department Brian Michelin. Nothing is ever a problem and there is a high level of commitment to the Toyota product. What more can you say besides thank you and I hope others that read this take the recommendation of the quality of your work.
Great Service Christian was very helpful and understanding. He did not try to push other vehicles that I had no interest in purchasing and was helpful in securing the exact vehicle that I wanted. It was an overall good experience to work with him.
The only place I take my Toyota Corolla! I've always had a positive service experience here. Bought my 2010 Corolla LE here (traded in my 2010 LE) and have repeatedly returned for scheduled maintenance. Both Mark and Antoine are friendly, courteous and they don't try to sell you vehicle services that you don't need. Dave Radcliffe and Steve Sanker These two gentlemen were terrific in getting the deal we wanted on a new 2017 RAV4. I felt they were highly ethical in their negotiation transparency and we were very satisfied. This is the 5 new car we have bought from Szott M-59. There seems to be a calm environment with less pressure at this dealership than busier contemporaries such as the troy motor mall and the service dept is very good and friendly.
The Best Cathy went way in above getting me a car I could handle and was just perfect for me. Cathy also made feel at home and answer ever question I asked her about my car. I am very very Thankful n Happy for services.
