Honest, no high pressure sales, accomodated unusual request Bought a Scion iA from Ray Sadler at Szott M-59 Toyota. Got a great deal. Very professional salesperson. Helped me out with an unusual request - didn't want to plate + insure car for 4 months (car is for 15 1/2 year old daughter); They let me take the car w/o insurance (my insurance on other car covered the new Scion for the drive home) and let me use a dealer plate for the drive home. Another dealer would not do this. Can highly recommend.

Ray Sadler "Going the Extra Mile" I want to send out A Big Thank You to Ray Sadler and the entire team at Szott-59 TOYOTA. Great Dealership We experienced excellent service at SZOTT -59 TOYOTA dealership from the moment we were welcomed (Ray actually opened the door for us) until we completed our purchase. Ray is very professional and friendly .He is patient and very knowledgeable in answering our multiple questions. James was also very helpful and answered our questions satisfactorily. It was a pleasure and stress free experience.

Mr Ray Sadler - person you need to meet first. Come to this sale person , I was surprised with things I scheduled in my mind to handle with a car dealer. Ray Sadler looked not to be there to try to sell a car to me . He always listen to all my needs about like a friend of mine who was working there for me only. My Lucky Day As soon as I met Kay Most, I had a good feeling. She is a very straight forward person. I have never had the opportunity to work with a female salesperson. Kay was very understanding when explaining all the options on the car. She is very knowledgeable. Mr. Maxwell, Jim Koski, and Kay Most worked really hard to use the Costco Auto program as it was changing that day. The dealership is quite a way from my home but I will be using the service department in the future. Thank you all for a great experience.
great experience. great service. great people I had a great experience buying my 2014 toyota rav4 from szott. Worked with my salesperson kay most and discussed our options. I really wanted the 2014 instead of the brand new 2016 and she did everything possible to make that happen. Kay most and tim maxwell stayed late (an hour and a half) to get the paperwork signed and made financing easy. A great price btw. I couldnt of expected more. Straightforward Trasaction With Costco Auto program it was a straightforward transaction. They worked patiently with me to get the right color at the right price. It was a very smooth transaction. Sales manager and Business manager were great.
