I called Szott Toyota and explained that I wanted to look at a new Prius and see what I could get for my trade in, but that I would have a 3-year-old with me and I didn't want to spend much time. They had the Prius waiting for me when I pulled up, helped me put the car seat in, took my car to be appraised and we were out for a test drive. We knew which vehicle we were interested in and when we called to find out if one was available, Jennifer promptly returned our phone call with the information we needed! We were greeted when we walked in the door with a car ready to test drive. We especially appreciated the fact that we wanted a base Prius 2 and there was no pressure to purchase a more expensive model. It was pleasure working with Brian Michelin at service .Brought Camry in with rattling noise coming from sunroof. Brian took care of the problem and did a great job on repair. He is friendly, helpful and great customer service.

I am so happy with my car buying experience at Szott all made possible by Jennifer!! She knows her products. She was so patient while I decided which Toyota I was going to buy. I left the dealership each time pleased with my visit. I was introduced to the friendliest staff through out the dealership. Now I own an Avalon all thanks to her! I will recommend her & Szott to whomever is considering a new Toyota.

I recently bought a 2013 toyota Rav4 from this dealership and i love it. Amanda my sales associate, was extremely kind and helpful. I really had no idea what i was looking for and had been to numerous dealerships waiting for the right car to pop out at me. My new car buying experience at Szott Toyota was outstanding. The entire staff, especially Jennifer, Chris and Dave, all treated me like a king. And on top of that Jennifer and Chris negotiated a price with me that I'm very happy with. Once the vehicle purchase was completed Jennifer spent a long time going over the car's features with me. Amanda was AMAZING. I originally contacted 3 dealerships. Of the three, two responses were from male salespersons.
