New Highlander I love my new hybrid Highlander. So fun to drive and looks fantastic. The people at M59 Szott Toyota were great and very knowledgeable even though this is a brand new vehicle for this year.
Five (5) Very Long Hours Later . I leased a new Rav4 in Dec. 2011. I had traded in a fully loaded, excellent condition F150 Extended-Cab, and put down $4,000.00 toward the Rav4. The first contract had "flaws" I was told, and was asked to come back in to re-sign a new lease. My husband's health had just taken a turn for the worse (he died 12 days after this deal). Excellent Salesmanship My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received. Suzanne and Andy provided us with options that fit into our budget without the pressure to buy the most expensive. Great Experience!! Suzanne and Andy were both so kind and helpful!!!! My husband and I were looking to trade in our car for a vehicle to fit our growing family. They both did everything possible to make sure we could afford the vehicle we wanted. They worked with us, and we never felt pressured or rushed. I am extremely pleased with my purchasing experience. I purchased a new 2014.5 Camry through the Costco car purchasing program. Costco sent me to Szott to find the car that I wanted. I was able to negotiate a price and purchase the vehicle that I wanted. I feel I was treated very fairly and was extremely happy with the overall experience.
Salesman and financial rep. were great, took care of my needs without pressure, accommodated their time to mine, I feel that if I have any questions I can call and I will get the help I need.
I chose Szott Toyota because a physician/friend recommended them to me after I shared my bad experience at McInherney Toyota. I had been a 20 year customer of McInherney until my wonderful salesman Rick retired. McInherney's sales man would not negotiate my desired price and actually GAVE me Suburban Toyota's phone number! Really? A 20 year customer of theirs and he threw me away. But that was a blessing in the end for it led me to Szott!
