Helpful and Friendly Seller I went there for buying a used certified Toyota Corolla. At first I found their price really reasonable in comparison with other Toyota dealers. After negotiating with Suzanne I can say this shopping was an enjoyable experience. She was really friendly and flexible in negotiation. Ray Sadler was very professional I had completed a great deal of research and visited at least 10 dealerships online. When I narrowed my search down to a Camry and Toyota dealers, choosing Ray and Szott's was not a difficult decision. Ray's communication with me was ideal. He was attentive ,professional, and respectful. He provided immediate responses to my emails and phone calls and made logical suggestions based on my needs. Camry Lease I decided to investigate leasing a Camry from Szott Toyota even though the dealership is 30 minutes from my house. Loyal Customer This was the 3rd Toyota I have bought from this dealer and every experience was favorable with fair pricing, negotiation and a seamless transition. Have owned nothing but Toyota vehicles since 1997 but what I do not care for is these customer surveys and the fact that I have to register yet again just to submit a survey! It becomes very time consuming and irritating AND I do not want to have AN ACCOUNT ON DEALERRATER. PLEASE DO NOT PUT ME ON MAILING & EMAIL LISTS!
Ray is a great sales person Let me first off start by saying avoid going on the last day of the month. It is a crazy mad house. We waited for a long time to sign paperwork due to going in on the last business day of the month. But Ray Sadler made sure to make it up to us for waiting an extra long time. Good people; Low inventory The people at Szott Toyota are a dedicated good group of folks. They work hard to get rid of their inventory. Maybe a little too hard. I had been to Toyota.com and built the vehicle I wanted so I thought this would be a fairly straight forward process. I thought if they didn't have the vehicle they would order the vehicle.
