2004 JEEP BOUGHT A JEEP FROM THEM HAD ALOT OF ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS THAT WERE UNKNOWN. THEY STOOD BEHIND IT AND GAVE ME A FULL REFUND 4 WEEKS LATER!!! YOU DONT FIND ANYONE THAT WOULD DO THAT ANYMORE!!! THANK YOU!!!
Wonderful experience I was in the market to trade in my Toyota Prius 2010 with a new Toyota Avalon Hybrid 2014. I went to different dealerships. Salesperson Ray worked hard to get me the best deal for the trade in and purchase price. Manager Tim kept his word to beat other's prices. Ray even lend me a new car while waiting for my Avalon to come from Ohio which took several days. He did not try to pressure me into anything ( although Brian did). It was a nice experience and I am satisfied. Thank you.

Helpful and Friendly Seller I went there for buying a used certified Toyota Corolla. At first I found their price really reasonable in comparison with other Toyota dealers. After negotiating with Suzanne I can say this shopping was an enjoyable experience. She was really friendly and flexible in negotiation. Ray Sadler was very professional I had completed a great deal of research and visited at least 10 dealerships online. When I narrowed my search down to a Camry and Toyota dealers, choosing Ray and Szott's was not a difficult decision. Ray's communication with me was ideal. He was attentive ,professional, and respectful. He provided immediate responses to my emails and phone calls and made logical suggestions based on my needs. Loyal Customer This was the 3rd Toyota I have bought from this dealer and every experience was favorable with fair pricing, negotiation and a seamless transition. Have owned nothing but Toyota vehicles since 1997 but what I do not care for is these customer surveys and the fact that I have to register yet again just to submit a survey! It becomes very time consuming and irritating AND I do not want to have AN ACCOUNT ON DEALERRATER. PLEASE DO NOT PUT ME ON MAILING & EMAIL LISTS!
Ray is a great sales person Let me first off start by saying avoid going on the last day of the month. It is a crazy mad house. We waited for a long time to sign paperwork due to going in on the last business day of the month. But Ray Sadler made sure to make it up to us for waiting an extra long time.
