RAY SADLER IS YOUR MAN I've done the car shopping homework for you. I went to 4 Toyota Dealerships including online and the Kelly Blue Book website. Out of the dealership experience I chose SzottM59. Wonderful experience all around! I purchased a 2014 Corolla today from Szott, and I could not have had a better purchase experience. It started with being met at the door by my salesperson, Ray Sadler, who greeted me with a smile and a handshake, and just got better from there. David Radcliffe is good to work with FULL DISCLOSURE: At the time of this review, I am still in the market for a new, "premium," full-size sedan. This is no fault of Szott Toyota, rather, I'm in the process of relocating to another state and it's making car shopping difficult. As such, I am not able to fairly review the full purchase process -- only the initial meeting and test drive with Mr. Radcliffe. The best car salesman we ever met From the initial phone call to the visit with John at the dealership, we were pleasantly surprised with the courtesy, friendliness and understanding of John, very unusual for a car salesman. He understood our needs and desires and got the car exactly as we wanted. We got a good price and excellent service from John and everyone else at the dealership was very courteous and respectful. Such patience! My bank gave me hundreds of problems getting the money available in a timely fashion, Suzanne gave me 0 problems with anything. She was all smiles and helpfulness. I would send anybody to her to buy a car with a clear conscience and an eager recommendation. Great service!

THANK YOU RAY I was interested in a Prius and found Szott after an internet search. The dealership was reasonably close so I e-mailed for more information. Ray Sadler called me within minutes. A half-four later I was at the dealership for a test drive while my car was being appraised. We agreed on a fair price without any of the usual high-pressure tactics. Great Service! The service and the quality of work from the sales person and the finance person were very good! They were also very friendly to me and my father offering us different model types and great prices that matched our budget. I would deffinately reccomend this toyota dealership o my family members and friends!

Thank You Mr. Maxwell Just moved to the Ann Arbor Area for a teaching job with the University of Michigan. Had a issue with the navigation system on our New Sienna we bought in New York. We called Szott Toyota after being told by three other dealerships to call our dealership we bought it from. and Mr Maxwell answered all my questions and invited us in for service and a full demo of our new sienna , we live a hour away but will make the trip, thanks for the help.
