David Radcliffe is good to work with FULL DISCLOSURE: At the time of this review, I am still in the market for a new, "premium," full-size sedan. This is no fault of Szott Toyota, rather, I'm in the process of relocating to another state and it's making car shopping difficult. The best car salesman we ever met From the initial phone call to the visit with John at the dealership, we were pleasantly surprised with the courtesy, friendliness and understanding of John, very unusual for a car salesman. THANK YOU RAY I was interested in a Prius and found Szott after an internet search. The dealership was reasonably close so I e-mailed for more information. Ray Sadler called me within minutes. A half-four later I was at the dealership for a test drive while my car was being appraised. We agreed on a fair price without any of the usual high-pressure tactics. Great Service! The service and the quality of work from the sales person and the finance person were very good! They were also very friendly to me and my father offering us different model types and great prices that matched our budget. Thank You Mr. Maxwell Just moved to the Ann Arbor Area for a teaching job with the University of Michigan. Had a issue with the navigation system on our New Sienna we bought in New York. We called Szott Toyota after being told by three other dealerships to call our dealership we bought it from. and Mr Maxwell answered all my questions and invited us in for service and a full demo of our new sienna , we live a hour away but will make the trip, thanks for the help.
2004 JEEP BOUGHT A JEEP FROM THEM HAD ALOT OF ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS THAT WERE UNKNOWN. THEY STOOD BEHIND IT AND GAVE ME A FULL REFUND 4 WEEKS LATER!!! YOU DONT FIND ANYONE THAT WOULD DO THAT ANYMORE!!! THANK YOU!!!
Wonderful experience I was in the market to trade in my Toyota Prius 2010 with a new Toyota Avalon Hybrid 2014. I went to different dealerships. Salesperson Ray worked hard to get me the best deal for the trade in and purchase price. Manager Tim kept his word to beat other's prices. Ray even lend me a new car while waiting for my Avalon to come from Ohio which took several days. He did not try to pressure me into anything ( although Brian did). It was a nice experience and I am satisfied. Thank you.
Service The quality of service was excellent and would definitely recommend Szott Toyota to all my family and friends because of Bob Hessell. I am looking forward to doing business again with this dealer with all my car needs should I need service.
