I went in at 11 am to look at a Rav4, and by 3 pm I was picking it up to take home. I work around the corner and was able to go back to work and then come back and get the car. The paperwork was minimal, and Suzanne was great! It was truly an effortless and seamless purchase. I would definitely reccomend this dealership and Suzanne to anyone. She was genuine and real, and made it easy for me to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted pay. Thank you guys!

I am very Happy with the used 2004 Toyota rav4 I purchased from Suzanne Z. she is a very down to earth person. I didn't feel any high presure to purchase the vehicle. All I knew was I wanted another RAV4. Upon pulling into the parking lot at the dealership, there sat the very car I was looking for, color and all. Denise McLean is fully knowledgeable about the car and she made me feel right at home. I LOVE my new car. My last RAV4 was 12 yrs. old with over 180,000 miles on it and it still ran well. Was involved in an accident, new to the area, had them tow me to Szott's after hours. Staff on-site were so friendly, was in a loaner the next morning! Susan in the collision department helped me throughout the process and was in contact with my insurance company directly throughout the claim. She and the team really helped a tough situation go as smoothly as it could. My car looks impeccable inside and out.
