Was involved in an accident, new to the area, had them tow me to Szott's after hours. Staff on-site were so friendly, was in a loaner the next morning! Susan in the collision department helped me throughout the process and was in contact with my insurance company directly throughout the claim. She and the team really helped a tough situation go as smoothly as it could. My car looks impeccable inside and out.

It was a very comfortable feeling from the moment I walked into the dealership. I was met by Logan Shaffer at the door and called by name. There was no pressure, I told Logan what I was looking for and he delivered with a beautiful Corolla. I have been a Toyota owner for 30 years and this was the best experience ever. Thank you Logan!

I was looking for a quality used car to take for an overseas assignment to Africa. I had chosen a FJ Cruiser. Szott Toyota had one in stock for below the going rate, at normal mileage. I went by to see and test the vehicle. Suzanne Zoellner was the saleswoman, and she was great. Eugene provided both myself and my family with an outstanding experiance. I was in and out with a new van in less than three hours. All of my other previous experiances with dealerships have taken at least 7-8 hours. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles and ability to find me the best deal. Our family had two vehicles in to Szott in two weeks for separate collisions . . . and hit and run and a deer. Sue went far beyond the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of in a superior manner. We became Szott members in May of 2013, and expect to be there for years to come. We drive passed two other Toyota dealerships to get to Szott!! Thank you so much, Szott, for making buying, leasing and repairing our cars such a pleasant experience!!!

My husband wanted to go to Szott M-59 Toyota to just test drive a car to see if he liked it. He had a car in mind that he wanted to purchase. From the moment we met Amber Kennard, we felt at ease. Hickson) and I have loyally followed the dealership from Bloomfield to Waterford to Szott 59. We have bought 2 Camrys, an Avalon, a Prius, and a used Kia from here, along with service. I special ordered my sienna limited from a different dealer based solely on convenience. That dealership which will go unnamed, turned out to be the worst dealership experience of my life. I called to talk to the GM at Szott to get his take on the situation at Toyota's advice. He was amazing. I brought my vehicle to Szott for the repairs. It’s been over 15 years since we purchased our last car, a 1997 Honda Odyssey; now with over 198K miles.
