I was looking for a quality used car to take for an overseas assignment to Africa. I had chosen a FJ Cruiser. Szott Toyota had one in stock for below the going rate, at normal mileage. I went by to see and test the vehicle. Suzanne Zoellner was the saleswoman, and she was great. I special ordered my sienna limited from a different dealer based solely on convenience. That dealership which will go unnamed, turned out to be the worst dealership experience of my life. I called to talk to the GM at Szott to get his take on the situation at Toyota's advice. He was amazing. I brought my vehicle to Szott for the repairs. I called Szott Toyota and explained that I wanted to look at a new Prius and see what I could get for my trade in, but that I would have a 3-year-old with me and I didn't want to spend much time. They had the Prius waiting for me when I pulled up, helped me put the car seat in, took my car to be appraised and we were out for a test drive.
