I have been a loyal Toyota customer for years until approximately 2008 when the dealership I had been doing business with changed management, and when I went in to purchase a vehicle, I didn't even recognize what they were. Mr. RENAULT TURNER was my salesman. He was extremely knowledgable,courteous, and helpful. And I might add, very patient, answering all my questions. He is an excellent addition to your dealership.

She arranged for the evaluation of our 2009 Rav 4 and proposed options for leasing a 2012 Rav 4, which I took home for evaluation. We had a very nice experience with Jennifer, one of the best experiences ever buying a new SUV. She was very friendly and accommodating. The Highlander was ready when we arrived and looked fantastic. She was very professional and ensured all our questions were answered.

Amazing sales experience. Not only did they treat us professionally but also as their guest in their home. Once the sales person asked what we needed, my child had just needed a diaper so my wife was going to leave to purchase a new one. Jokingly my wife says, a diaper is needed. 2minutes later the sales person had found a fellow employee that has a child the same age and brought a new diaper for us to use. This extra step made our day as we had just returned to the USA from a two year stay in South America. Awesome!

I leased a new camary form Jennifer Kolp, she is one of the best car salesperson I had deal with. This is the second time my husband and I have bought or lease a car from her, we will recommend Jennifer because she is able to answer questions about the vehicles, she offers input about purchasing a car, if she is not sure she asks othes, she explains the car features, she is cordial. If you are in the market for a car, Jennifer is your salesperson! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a car! She is super friendly, honest, and very easy and fun to work with. She is also very accomodating, and go above and beyond to help you find the car you need, the best experience I've ever at a car dealer. If you are interested in a new Toyota, you have to go to Jennifer, she is just awesome!
