You know the old jokes about car salesmen - well, they weren't talking about Jennifer. Jennifer knows her product and knows the process. The sale was done, quickly, efficiently, and, most important - correctly. She was friendly, courteous, and competent. This was everything I would hope from purchasing a car.
She served us six months ago, we almost bought a car from her, but didn't, because we chose another brand car. However, Me & my wife both like her honesty & attitude. This time we came back and bought another one from this dealer just because of her.

Jennifer started helping right away from the time we contacted her on the internet. she was friendly, knowledgeable and very personable. she worked with all of my questions and concerns to the point that i wanted to be purchase a car from Szott toyota. This also includes Al, the new sales manager who assisted in details that we worked out to my satisfaction. i would recommend them to everyone.
Tony and Al made this one of the most enjoyable purchases of a vehicle I have ever had. As a long distance buyer 1hour, I was treated to someone who understood how I wanted to buy a car. my experience with szott toyota has been outstanding. i purchased my pre-owned yellow FJ (LOVE IT) in november and needed to have a few routine maintenance procedures done. whenever i call to schedule an appointment, both MARK and ANTOINE are so friendly on the phone, never acting like they are too busy to take the time to talk to me and answer my questions. i have 2 service dogs in training and found your staff to be very accommodating. We went to look for a new Toyota and met Alvaro Acevedo who greeted us upon our arrival. Al knew what we were looking for from a phone call we made 2 hours prior to our visit. Al took us to look at a Toyota Hybrid which was like the one were were interested in purchasing. Al was really geeked about the product and gave us a detailed tour of the Camry XLE Hybrid. We visited Szott M-59 Toyoya on a Friday afternoon and were greeted by the friendly duo of Jennifer Kolp and Alvaro Acevedo.
