Will was a great guy, very personable and made the car buying process amusing. However, the car buying process itself sucks. I hate having to negotiate and always feel like I’m losing. I was told “this is the best we can do” and then by some miracle they were able to do better.

I dropped my car off at 7:45am, and my car was not ready until 4:00pm. I had texted the service provider for updates on the vehicle and received no answer until I called a different extension. Then with only an hour of notice, I was told to pick the car up before 5:00pm. Additionally, the valet could not find my keys when I went to pick up my car. I had a tire rotation, multipoint inspection, and an oil change done, and the next morning I have a flat tire.
Started leasing my vehicle in 2021 and bought it out in 2025. Brought it back for regular maintenance and my service agent Tasha Drew always greeted me with a smile. She’s very knowledgeable of all the vehicles and gotten me in and out quickly. She’s very knowledgeable always kept me informed of the work that was going on. I always look forward to dealing with her when I come in and it’s always a pleasant experience.
Exceptional experience dealing with Central Maine Toyota! Our sales associate Matt Loubier was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire car buying process. My wife and I had many questions about the vehicle's newer technologies and Matt always knew the answers. We highly recommend Matt and the Central Maine Toyota dealership.
