I want to thank Jennifer for making my experience buying a new car all by myself such a pleasant experience! She was very thorough and patient in her demonstrations of the car's features to a technophobic senior citizen! She was very professional in all our phone conversations and in person - she seemed genuinely happy to see how excited I am about my new car! I just bought a 2012 Toyota fj cruiser from them and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a car. They were friendly and compromising to what I wanted and wanted to pay. Great service.

I am going to recommend this dealership to everyone I know that is looking for a vehicle. Jennifer was able to get me in a vehicle very fast and I was not waiting around in the showroom all night long. I am still amazed how fast and professional the service is at Szott M-59 Toyota. Our search started on the internet. We then called several Toyota dealers to see who had what in stock. Mariya took the call. It was due to her outgoing personality on the phone that we ended up at Szott Toyota. She did a great job from start to finish. Toni found us a great interest rate for financing the car we bought (a Prius V), Nick went the extra mile (literally) to find a car the color we wanted in Ohio and getting it to Michigan and Mariya answered all of our questions. All in all, a great buying experience!

I was very happy with the salesman Eric Paluch, he was very friendly and helpful . I was very disappointed with the way I was treated be used car manager Mr. Rick[ I don't know his last name , something like Buacyk] he was very rude and I didn't expect such unprofessional response from Him.I would have never ended up buying up the vehicle if Eric Paluch and Nick Schrah were not there. I would highly appreciate if they take some measures against this .

My husband and I visited the dealer to purchase a new Prius. No salesperson greeted us. When we indicated that we wanted a quote on purchasing a new car, we had to wait 20 min. for the written quote. Meanwhile, the salesperson made it his priority to help 2 customers that came in the dealership AFTER us! After the quote was delivered, he could not be bothered to show us any vehicles, take us on a test drive, or give us a quote on our trade-in. We asked to be helped by another salesperson, but were told, "They are all busy." ... read more
