I received a text message when I came into the clinic Monday morning at 8:30am. I called ADS to let them know there was an issue with a backup battery. An ADS rep was in the practice by 9:30am and took at most 5 minutes to fix the problem, and was gone. Amazing service!!!

The service has always been great, and everyone from the monitoring office to the local office staff and technicians is friendly and helpful.

Dave, the technician was right on time as he came to replace the now obsolete telephone connection (transmitter) in our system.
