Donovan came out to our workplace and within literally minutes our system was up and running. This guy was so knowledgeable about his work it was interesting to hear about our system and what could be improved. Definitely using this company again.

I consider ADS a decent company and I rated them 4 stars because the system seems to work pretty good but as the company grows it shows no loyalty to the people who have been with them for all these years. We have had their service for many years and have had few issues but even those issues were quickly taken care of by the staff. Arthur was prompt, professional and very efficient. He quickly fixed a small problem which he found during the course of his work. He also called to give us the option for earlier service, since he was in the neighborhood on another job. We truly appreciated this. Service Tech was prompt, courteous and very efficient. He diagnosed the problem immediately, had the parts and material on his truck, replaced them, and verified all was working correctly. All in thirty minutes! This guy was great. We have been continuously customers of ADS for over 11 years and have found their service, i.e. alarm monitoring and response, and system service to be nohting but exemplary. Fast and easy service with good communication from the technician.
The service person I requested arrive promptly at appointment time. He was well informed, answering my questions about using the system. He worn his mask at all times. He stayed until he could verify the update was completed successfully.
Stacy, at central monitoring, is an absolute joy to deal with in these matters. She's knowledgeable, articulate and always has a grasp of your situation. I know of no one I would rather resolve my issues than Stacy. If I operated a business, would want her at the helm
