I consider ADS a decent company and I rated them 4 stars because the system seems to work pretty good but as the company grows it shows no loyalty to the people who have been with them for all these years. Service Tech was prompt, courteous and very efficient. He diagnosed the problem immediately, had the parts and material on his truck, replaced them, and verified all was working correctly. All in thirty minutes! This guy was great. We have been continuously customers of ADS for over 11 years and have found their service, i.e. alarm monitoring and response, and system service to be nohting but exemplary. Fast and easy service with good communication from the technician.
The service person I requested arrive promptly at appointment time. He was well informed, answering my questions about using the system. He worn his mask at all times. He stayed until he could verify the update was completed successfully.
