IDS responded quick to my email for help with my security system malfunction ! They sent a man out after setting up a good time and date for me to do the repairs! Bob had already tested my system on line and knew what my problem was when he arrived and it was just a bad connection on power source to main box. He repaired it and check everything out and was finished in no time!! Great guy Bob and fantastic service!!
