After five years, some of the batteries in my alarm system were getting low AND my communicator didn't hook up to my wi-fi anymore, so I called ADS. They came out very quickly, considering it was in the middle of one of Nashville's worst snow storms. At any rate, Josh, the technician, was terrific. He checked and replaced ALL of the batteries in my system, upgraded my communication device, and did a review of my security coverage. We added some services that give me more peace of mind. Lee and Lanny came out today to conduct the annual inspection of the Fire Alarm System. They were great. They were real professionals and even managed to make me laugh. Keep up the good work, guys!
He was excellent. Came in and changed the sensor that I needed to be checked. He Checked all the other sensors and was finished in 30 minutes. Great service! He has wonderful customer service skills. AND he came on a Saturday which was excellent!
