As of today, sadly I have had a poor experience with ADS. I still don't have a security system that is working properly after installers being at my home for 8-10 hours for two days. There seems to be confusion over the proper use of the product they installed, sold the wrong product that is installed, and therefore had to add another product to do what that product does not do. The employees (sales and installers) have not been properly trained in the use of the equipment they sell and install. Therefore, my system is still... read more
