Have used ADS while living in Myrtle Beach. And now in Leland NC. Had our first issue this last week and their not in town like at Myrtle but actually our tech that installed our Myrtle systems in 2009! Came up and took care of us we have had ADS (Pro Tech ) since then and have never been tempted to change. Thanks ADS for taking good care of us.

Brandon, the installer, was excellent. The sales personnel were also responsive. Had been an ADS user with a land line for years so I have high expectations for this newly installed wireless/app system.
