THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME AND SOLVED MY PROBLEM IN MINUTES. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Today i had ADS come and change out my two keypads to the updated models. The technician arrived on time and was very nice and very respectful by keeping a mask on while he worked around me. He showed me how to work the new keypad and made sure everything was working before he left. I cannot say enough good about my experience today. Furthermore i can say ADS has saved my life one one occasion when i had a seizure in my barn and fell from a ladder.
