Austin provided quick service and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend ADS Security.
My system was upgraded from 3 to 4G. Scheduling was very easy and the agent reported on time. The installation presented some problems due to the age of my unit. The agent solved the quirks and achieved a good installation with great signal strength. He diligently went through all the menus and their explanations. He also assisted me in getting the app on my cell phone to be able to use the remote function with the upgrade. Very satisfied with ADS and the agent.
