Initial sale and install was fast and efficient. However when a lightening strike took out the ethernet connection which is built into the motherboard, ADS was going to charge me the cost of replacing the entire NVR unit! There was nothing wrong except that I could not view my system with a devise over the internet. I tried to contact ********* but that was fruitless. Fair and fast. I have never had any issues getting someone on the phone and not a phone system.
Josh took good care of me he listened to what was going on with my system and explained what he thought the problem was, replaced a few things within the alarm system. He asked if I had any further issues. Very professional young man.
We had several instances of minor vandalism in our fenced in back yard. I had been debating exterior cameras for some time, even though we live in what any reasonable person would consider a low crime area. Our security monitoring service had coincidently informed me we had accrued a credit balance of several hundred dollars in 'loyalty points.' Service technician (Bobby) came within two hours of my call and had the problem resolved in a few minutes. What more can I ask? My location is Washington, NC.
Cody? came and worked on our system...he took the time to run down any and all problems we were having...he was EXCELLENT and we can't say enough good about him and our local ADS.
